Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- A couple of fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz 1 barrel rum
- Strawberry syrup/grenadine (if desired)
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Add strawberry syrup or grenadine syrup to the bottom of the glass, if desired, and garnish the rim with a pineapple slice. Imagine your toes in the sand and enjoy!
