Pina Colada Recipe

Today, we’re sharing our signature piña colada recipe, a must-try while visiting any resort, especially Hopkins Bay. This tropical drink is a blend of sweet pineapple, creamy coconut, and rum, perfect for a hot summer day or transporting yourself to Belize’s beaches. Whether you’re a fan of piña coladas or just looking for a new cocktail to try, this recipe is sure to impress. So grab your blender, and let’s start creating the world’s best piña colada!


  • 1 1/2 cup ice 
  • A couple of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 oz pineapple juice 
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum 
  • 1 oz 1 barrel rum  
  • Strawberry syrup/grenadine (if desired)



Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Add strawberry syrup or grenadine syrup to the bottom of the glass, if desired, and garnish the rim with a pineapple slice. Imagine your toes in the sand and enjoy!
