Started in 2018 as a Project Manager. He worked his way to become a GM at a beach resort. From there, he quickly climbed the ladder to become the Director of Operations for Muy’Ono Resorts Collection.

Started April 2014 as a Housekeeper at Royal Belize. Worked her way to the kitchen and is now the manager at Royal Belize.

Lucky Reyes
Started Feb 2019 as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Thatch Caye. He worked his way up to become the Resort Coordinator at The Placencia Resort. During the pandemic he worked almost every position from front desk receptionist, to kitchen help, to server and housekeeping. From there, he became the manager at Brisa Oceano Resort and is now the General Manager at Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge.
