Belize is a destination with something for everyone. Our travel specialists will recommend the best location for the type of vacation you're most interested in. From honeymoons to family vacations, adventure to relaxation, ocean to jungle, Belize does it all. We focus on the southeastern coast of Belize, dubbed "Coast with the most" by the Belize Tourism Board.

From the remarkable Maya Mountain Massif views to the golden sandy beaches, Placencia, Hopkins and Dangriga are a true fisherman’s village with strong cultural pride. Water activities are among the best, enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, diving, saltwater fly-fishing, whale shark watching and just about any other “ing” that takes place in the water. These eco-tourist regions also feature exceptional natural amenities, a signature of pristine Belize. Plan to spend a few days in these areas, the list of must-stops on the picturesque Hummingbird Highway are countless. Visit the world’s only jaguar preserve “Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary”, or explore National Parks, such as: Mayflower Bocawina and the St. Herman’s Blue Hole.

Hopkins is a fishing village along the Caribbean sea rich with Garifuna culture. The resort sits along the beach with easy access to the best ocean adventures. Hopkins Bay Resort is comprised of 19 beach houses (one, two, or three-bedrooms), two pools, beach bar, and restaurant. The resort is perfect for couples wanting a quiet getaway. The staff was very friendly and really reflects the saying “service with a smile”. I was fortunate to stay at a Villa with the beach a footstep away. It was very spacious and comfortable. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise view over the sea and the feel of fresh sea breeze was breathtaking. The food was delicious and freshly prepared and the service was first class. I am so looking forward to going back for another stay.

Thatch Caye Resorts sits on its own 9-acre private island off the coast of Belize. Accommodations limit the number of guests to 24 at a time, making it a truly unique experience. With overwater bungalows, villas, and island cabanas, there's the perfect island home for everyone. The resort offers a SCUBA and fly fishing shop on site, a natural saltwater pool and overwater Starfish Bar. All vacation packages are all-inclusive.

We had a wonderful week and cannot say enough about the staff and accommodations. It is a very small island with limited services but that is what made it so special. We ate as a group every night so we got to meet the other guests; the food was delicious too. We enjoyed the snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and paddle boards that were all available for our use. We have been on a lot of vacations all over the world and this one ranks up there as one of the most memorable.

The ultimate private island getaway. Visit a picture-perfect 2-acre private island and spend your vacation in the sand, sun and water. Cruise out to the island and spend the night in a pristine tropical paradise. Snorkel, paddle board, kayak, hammock nap, sunbathe, drink, eat and play beach games. Stay in authentic cabanas and fall asleep with the relaxing ocean breeze. With only three cabanas, this is a true island experience.

This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen in my life. It truly does look like a Corona Beer commercial! The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and the island staff was amazing! The snorkeling was a great experience as well! There will be sea life that you normally never see up close. This is a MUST DO in Belize!

What an awesome little island! Reef snorkeling just steps from my cabin and beautiful mangroves everywhere! Great food, strong drinks, and adventures all around the island. The ocean breeze was so peaceful in my open air room after a long day of relaxing.

Stroll down the beach in the gentle surf, or bask in the sun and relax in an oceanside hammock. Make use of the complimentary kayaks, or peddle to the quaint Garifuna village -- Hopkins -- on one of our free, on-site bicycles. Then cool off in the ocean or pool. Blue Parrot Beach House is located in the heart of the resort district, with numerous restaurants only minutes away!

The house is fabulous! We had 4 adults and 1 child in our party and it was more than enough space for all. We loved the free breakfast every morning, although we enjoy the flexibility we had with the full kitchen in the house. There is several excellent restaurants within a short walk from the house, including Chef robs as well as Love on the Rocks - which is an experience not to be missed. Whether you want to go on an excursion to the zip lines, caves or snorkeling or just want to hang out on the beach or kayak, this is the place to stay!
